Dr. Von Bergen has been in private practice since 1982 except for a 2 year
period (1984-1985)
when he was Chairman of the Associated Clinical Sciences Department at
Parker College in Dallas,
Texas. During those 2 years he taught the beginning and advanced classes in
Applied Kinesiology,
Nutrition, and Biomechanics.
"Dr. Von Bergen officed in downtown McKinney for 21 years, and he has been in his present location on 105 So. Benge St., 2 blocks West of the previous location, since the summer of 2007."
During the late 1980's he took certification courses to become a Diplomate
of the Chiropractic
Board in Homeopathy; he took over 500 hours of instruction and countless
hours of materia medica
repertorization. Although Homeopathy was important in the early to
mid-1990's, Dr. B now uses it
primarily in acute situations and when a constitutional remedy may stand out
in a case.
In the mid-1990's, Dr. B became a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of
Nutrition, and he has
taken 100's of hours of courses to accomplish this. Combining this
knowledge and experience
with meridian therapy and Biomagnetic Applied Kinesiology he believes gives the
best possibility to
balancing the body. The structurally, nutritionally, and emotionally
balanced body
is the healthy body. |
